About Us

Who We Are:

The Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development, the Ministry of Accessibility and the Ministry of Community and Social Services announced “Access Talent” in June 2017 which included the Supported Employment Program. The Timmins Catchment Area was selected as a community to participate in a Service Delivery Model which consists of three agencies: Northern College, Canadian Hearing Society and March of Dimes Canada, all working together to provide Supported Employment to people with disabilities. The three agencies have come together in a consortium to deliver supported employment services as a team.

Vision:

To support people with disabilities to improve job readiness, obtain competitive work and provide job retention services. As a team, we work together to access programs and services that meet peoples’ individual needs.

Mission:

To ensure quality accessible supports through collaboration and innovation to enable people with disabilities obtain employment within the Timmins catchment area.
